I have an annual talent show each year during the month of December. It takes place on the 2nd Sunday of December of each year. This is our 10th year having the annual talent show. I am Thankful to The Ark of Salvation Church for allowing me to Bless the contestants each year during the Christmas Holiday Season. My purpose is to Bless people and give back. This is a free event! The First Lady Forum can't wait to see the talent for this December 13, 2020, at 3:30 PM!
THE PRIZES FOR 10th ANNUAL TALENT SHOW 2020
1st PLACE-GRAND PRIZE $1000
2nd PLACE $400
3rd PLACE $300
1. You will have between 4 to 7 minutes to be creative and do a great performance for your first selection at the actual talent show. Once everyone has performed then the judges will narrow it down and pick the top three contestants who will move on to the final round to see who will be crowned the 1 place winner for the $1000. This will all take place on the same day of the talent show from starting at 3:30 PM. If you make it to the second and final round of the competition you will need to perform for another 4 to 7 minutes in front of the audience and judges with a whole new performance. Then the judges will pick the 1st place winner from the contestants who made it to the second round(The top 3 contestants). All on the same day!
Your music selection does not have to be Christian. There are many songs out there that are not Christian base that are good powerful songs.
Side note: I have been doing this for 10 years and I know what people like to see and hear at the talent shows. If you have any questions about song selection, type of performance or have any questions for me that could help you prepare for the Talent Show you can email me at firstladytalent@gmail.com.

You can park along the street in the front, back of the church or in the elementary school parking lot which is located in the back of the church. There will be a police officer and workers outside walking around if you need to ask them where to park.
10. Yes, the talent show is at a church. The talent show takes place downstairs in the fellowship hall. I DO NOT run the talent show as a church program. The event is run like a talent show. Therefore, you can dance, sing, or do your talent how you would like to perform. A few things I will say is that the Talent must be clean and appropriate for a family audience. It doesn’t have to be church-related, just clean. No derogatory, offensive, threatening, indecent or otherwise inappropriate material shall be allowed. Any contestant that performs inappropriate material will be disqualified.
I will email everyone a week from the actual event with the final details.
Over the last 10 years doing the talent shows I have had many contestants do all types of performances and many of them were not Christian base, and many of them have won! Just keep it clean, fun and do an awesome performance!
RULES can be changed!
